He has written many articles and essays on relationships issues. He has presented his unique approach to working relationships to numerous organizations, including corporations, government agencies, men's groups, women's groups, and Rotary, Lions, & Kiwanis' clubs. He conducts groups and workshops on personal relationships across the country. He is presently writing his first book, a compilation of stories about relationships between men and women.

As a coach & consultant, Dennis offers himself as a fiercely compassionate guide to each person's or group's own growth process. He offers the view of relationship via increased emotional intelligence as a pathway to self-awareness and wholeness.

Dennis is the former Executive Director of The Mankind Project, an international training organization. He is a certified workshop facilitator, and has worked extensively in the US, Canada, and the UK. He and his partner celebrate a conscious marriage of 20 years. They live in Boulder, CO with their two sons, where Dennis lives his mission via organizational development consulting and executive coaching.
